Inpatient
I. Admission Procedure
1.After the patient's outpatient visit, the doctor issues an admission notice.
2.The attending department assists patients in reserving beds.
3.Hospitalization Reservation/Same-Day Admission.
4.The patient is admitted directly or the department notifies the patient for admission.
5.From 8:00 to 21:30, go to the first floor of Building 3 to process admission and pay the deposit. At other times, go to the emergency cashier on the first floor of Building 1 for admission and deposit.
6.The patient should go to the nurse station of the admitted ward with the admission notice, hospitalization deposit, ID card, social security card or patient ID to undergo the admission procedures.
Friendly Reminder
1. Please bring your ID card, social security card, bank card, and daily necessities (such as toothbrushes, towels, slippers, etc.).
2. Please take care of your personal belongings to prevent loss.?

?II. Discharge Procedure
1.Doctors issue discharge orders and nurses audit discharges.
2.Patients or family members undergo discharge procedures at the ward nurse station.
3.Patients bring their deposit slip, social security card, and ID card for discharge settlement.
4.Nurses give patients their discharge medications with instructions.
Friendly Reminder:
1.Pre-deposit refund: Patients must go to the admission and discharge counter on the first floor of Building 3 to check out with their social security card and ID card. Cash and other payments will be returned to the original payment method (the agent must provide the original ID cards of the agent and the patient).?
2.Discharged patients can make copies of their inpatient records at the medical records management department on the B1 floor of the outpatient clinic 7 working days after discharge (patients must bring their ID cards to make copies; if someone else makes the request on the patient’s behalf, the patient's ID card, the agent's ID card, and a letter of authorization are required).?
