1. Outpatient clinic opening hours: Monday to Sunday 8:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00, night clinic: Monday to Friday 17:00-21:00 (excluding holidays)
2. Health Management Center (Health Checkup Center) opening hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00 (no medical examination services on Saturday afternoon except issuance of reports; closed on Sundays)
3. Emergency Dept operates 24 hours a day.

IV. Information for Visitors
On their first visit, patients covered by Shenzhen's tier 1 medical insurance must bring their original ID cards to apply for a patient ID before consultation. After that, only the social security card is required for attendance.
Self-financed patients must bring their ID cards to the self-service kiosks or the cashier counters on the first floor to apply for a patient ID. Infants and young children (including children under 16 who have not obtained their ID cards) must bring their entire household registration booklets, parents' ID cards, and original birth certificates for application.
V. Triage and Waiting
On arrival, please follow the location indicated on the WeChat/SMS to the corresponding consultation area, a sign-in at the area's nurse station is required before the consultation. After signing in, please wait patiently for the consultation.
VI. Payment and Refund
Our hospital implements mobile payment. You can scan the QR code to subscribe to the hospital's WeChat official account, register and bind your social security card or patient ID, and then enter the pending payments list or scan the QR code on the prescription or the examination and test forms to complete the payment. You can also pay at the self-service kiosks on each floor (supporting both WeChat and Alipay) or the manual cashier counters.
Refunds are made based on the “return to original source” principle. Patients who paid by cash need to present their patient ID (or social security card), invoice and relevant examination and test forms at the cashier counter to receive cash refunds (if an agent requests a refund on behalf of the patient, the original ID card of the agent must be provided). Those who paid by bank card, WeChat or Alipay can apply directly for a refund to the original payment method at the cashier counter.?
The refund for the prescribed medications is issued by the pharmacy and then refunded at the manual cashier counter.
Refund for medical test or examination: 1. If you have not made an appointment or signed in, go directly to the manual cashier counter for a refund; 2. If you have already made an appointment or signed in, you need confirmation from the clinic before going to the manual cashier counter for a refund. For details, please consult the clinic nurse or the cashier counter.?
VII. Medication Pick-up
Unpaid prescriptions will be valid if payment is completed within three days.
Patients can scan the QR code on their prescriptions at the outpatient pharmacy on the first floor and wait to pick up the medications.?
