簡介

張慧東,中山大學研究員,,博士生導師,,中山大學附屬第八醫(yī)院醫(yī)學研究中心 副主任。曾入選/獲得海外高層次人才項目(青年項目)(2014),、自然科學基金委優(yōu)秀青年科學基金(2015),、遼寧省科技獎勵一等獎(2015)、中國毒理學會優(yōu)秀青年科技獎(2016),、四川省衛(wèi)計委領軍人才(2017),、四川省特聘專家(2017)、四川大學青年科技人才獎(2017),、四川省衛(wèi)健委學術技術帶頭人(2018),、四川省專家評議(審)委員會(2020)、四川省學術技術帶頭人(2020),、中山大學高層次人才計劃中青年杰出人才(2021),、深圳市高層次專業(yè)人才(2021)等。

已指導多項大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)訓練計劃(包括國家級2項)和本科畢業(yè)論文,;已培養(yǎng)(含聯培)7名博后(出站4+在站3),、14名博士(畢業(yè)11+在讀3)和61名碩士(畢業(yè)43+在讀8)。參編全國高等學校教材人衛(wèi)版《毒理學》第二版,,并獲選廣西省普通本科高校優(yōu)秀教材,;參編全國高等學校醫(yī)學研究生規(guī)劃教材人衛(wèi)版《分子毒理學》第一版和第二版。

集中于“環(huán)境和女性生殖健康”,,探索新污染物引發(fā)不明病因流產的新途徑和新機制,構建不明病因流產的病例-對照研究隊列,,探索環(huán)境污染物和流產的相關性,;構建染毒動物模型,探索環(huán)境污染物引發(fā)流產的因果性,;在細胞學上探索流產的發(fā)病機制,,揭示非編碼RNA在其中的作用和調控機制;再回到組織和動物,,探索女性不明病因流產的早期診斷標志物和干預途徑,;為不明病因流產的診斷和治療提供重要的科學基礎,保障我國生育力,。
